Billiard Business Solutions takes the work out of tracking players and player times. Throw away the the pencil and paper and let your computer do the work. Eliminate the hassle of who started when and at what rate. Program your own rates into the program once and let BBS do the work for you. Just click on a table to start tracking player time and click on the table to close it. Use special rate codes to accommodate different situations: 5 percentage increase or decrease codes, 5 fixed rated increase or decrease codes, 4 different flat rates. Remove a player from a table or move a player from a table to another table. Set up to 3 different rates for the same day: charge more for evening hours than afternoon hours, charge higher rates for weekend times as compared to weekday rates. Manager reports for user selected time periods: select one day, one week, two weeks, or one month. Membership database to keep track of player data: hours played, prepaid hours status, membership data. Waiting list to use when all tables are occupied. Table time alert pop ups to notify manager to close a table or to notify a player for whatever reason. Prepaid hours option: allows players to prepay for a block of hours. Log Employee hours using the Employee login/logout feature. Keep track of employee's hours for manager specified time periods. Flexibility with employee options: allow or disallow employee access to view daily transactions, use the void key, access to cashier options. Layout tables according to the layout of your room. Choose font, font size, table orientation, table size, and the number of tables you would like to appear on the form. Up to 60 tables are supported. Network ready. Run your pool hall from different computer stations.
Integrates with its companion software Sales Tracker Networked. Sell up to 450 items: drinks, snacks, pool accessories. Add sales to a table. Add sales to a tab. Software automatically keeps track of your inventory: updates at the time of sale.
